1. Purpose

This procedure standardizes in-house manufacturing of SprintRay Try-In 2 devices used to evaluate bite registration and occlusion for fully and partially edentulous patients before definitive denture fabrication.

2. Scope

In scope: Medit Lab intake → scan QC → design (VERIFY) → RayWare / Pro 2 → ProWash S → NanoCure → finish clean → bag & SEAZONA.

Out of scope: Definitive printed dentures (SOP-LAB-090); Apex Flex RPD (SOP-LAB-030); OnX Tough 2 (SOP-LAB-040); clinical bite evaluation appointment itself; non-SprintRay printers.

E–F. Wash & cure
