Run
- Receive in Medit Lab → verify ID/Rx (teeth, shade)
- QC-SCAN (pass or return to office)
- Design (VERIFY path): import → design/receive STL → Lab Tech approve (QC-A ≥ 0.6 mm)
- RayWare nest: Digital Temp · intaglio away · ~10° · default supports → Pro 2
- Shake 1 min → assign material/shade → print → log lot → lid unlock → QC-B
- ProWash S 3/3/3 (IPA ≥ 91%) → fully dry → QC-C
- NanoCure Digital Temp profile → remove supports → QC-D
- Smooth (Scotch-Brite) → polish pumice/compound → soap + toothbrush + water / steamer → dry
- Bag + label → SEAZONA bagged / ready for outbound → QC-E
End. Office receive / chairside disinfect / cementation are not part of this card.
